The Immortals continued on, undeterred by the raging tempest. He Xiangu sang a gentle melody that soothed the stormy waves, and Lan Caihe played a soothing tune on his flute. Wei Boyang brought forth a handful of fragrant herbs, releasing their scent to calm the winds.
As they neared the other side, the storm subsided, revealing a tranquil landscape of lush green hills and sparkling streams. The Immortals reached dry land at last, where they were greeted by the people of China, who had been praying for their arrival.
The Eight Immortals tended to the needs of the mortals, bringing peace and prosperity to the land. From that day forward, the people lived in harmony with one another, and the Immortals remained among them as guardians of peace and justice.
As the Immortals settled into their new home, they looked back at the sea they had crossed. Li Tuanian smiled and said, "The world may seem vast and unforgiving, but with unity and determination, even the greatest challenges can be overcome." And so, the people of China learned a valuable lesson from the Eight Immortals: that together, anything is possible, and peace can prevail over even the most turbulent of seas.
